By downloading, installing, browsing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and uninstall our applications.

1. Eligibility and User Representations

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You possess the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Limited Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Kirtania grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable limited license to download, install, and execute the applications on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial, or internal utility purposes.

You agree that you will NOT:

• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any application, except to the extent permitted by mandatory statutory law.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of our software or website content.
• Distribute, sell, lease, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit any application or its features.
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers to harvest content or disrupt server infrastructure.
• Use our applications for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or malicious purpose.

3. Disclaimers for Specific Applications

A. Paper Trading & Financial Simulators (Trade Test & Crypto Test)

• Purely Educational Simulators: Trade Test and Crypto Test are designed exclusively for educational, strategy-testing, and simulation purposes.
• Virtual Currencies: All account balances, paper trade orders, profits, losses, and margins utilize simulated virtual currency (e.g., virtual demo USDT, virtual INR, virtual USD). They possess zero real-world monetary value, cannot be redeemed for legal tender, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred to real brokerage or crypto accounts.
• No Financial Advice: Content, simulation feeds, and calculations within these applications do NOT constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Kirtania is not a registered financial advisor, stockbroker, crypto exchange, or portfolio manager.
• No Guarantee of Real-Market Success: Success, profitability, or win rates achieved in simulated paper trading do not indicate or guarantee future profitability in live real-money trading, where slippage, market liquidity, margin calls, and emotional psychological pressures differ significantly.

B. Digital Signature Verification (PDF Sign Verify - Green Tick)

• Technical Verification Tool: PDF Sign Verify inspects standard cryptographic CMS/PKCS#7 signature bytes and X.509 certificate chains embedded in PDF documents according to ISO 32000 specifications.
• Statutory Admissibility: While the application provides cryptographic mathematical integrity checks, Kirtania does not warrant that a verification report satisfies specific evidentiary or statutory requirements in foreign or regional legal jurisdictions. Users remain responsible for confirming legal standing with competent legal counsel or official administrative authorities.
• Altered Third-Party Documents: Kirtania is not liable for falsified, forged, or altered source files provided by third parties.

C. Productivity & Notes (Pito Notes)

• Local On-Device Storage: Pito Notes stores data in local device memory. Users are advised to periodically utilize the application's export or backup features to preserve notes in case of device loss, hardware damage, or factory reset. Kirtania assumes no liability for accidental loss of locally saved data resulting from device malfunction.

4. Third-Party Advertisements and External Links (Google AdSense)

Our website and applications may display third-party advertisements served via Google AdSense or Google AdMob, as well as external links to third-party websites or services.

• We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, products, or services advertised on external sites.
• Any interaction or transaction between you and a third-party advertiser is solely between you and that third party.
